  • Biography

    Zhouken was found abandoned as an infant at the front gates of a small family of samurai in service to the emperor of Senyotami. He was a driven individual from a young age and spent all of his time training in the way of the samurai, and at the young age of 15 he was chosen to become the personal guard of the empress by the emperor Hiromeki Onohito himself for his skills and honorable attitude. Zhouken rose in favor quickly in the eyes of the royal family, putting his life on the line multiple times to protect the empress and the emperor, and was given an ancient ancestral sword to carry by the royal family as reward.

  • Personality

    Zhouken is someone who spent his life in intense training and contemplation. He holds himself as best he can to the code of Bushido, but because his life has been a constant mix of training and routine. He is incredibly idealistic, and does his best to help any person he comes across to the best of his ability, actively risking his life if need be for their safety and that of any he considers a friend. He is very empathic, which has made him very adept at reading a person's motives and motivations, and he usually chooses to see the good in people, even if his etiquette and courtier training would tell him to be more suspicious of any new person. This acute ability to read people and maintain a calm demeanor completely fails him when it comes to romance. he is a bit oblivious to the advances of the opposite sex and when he does find someone attractive he becomes incredibly flustered, and if the woman is overly provocative, voluptuous, or seductive in her advances he becomes terribly tongue-tied and must use a good bit of his mental focus just to not break into a mix of bashful slurred words.
